5. Domingo Cavallo [ Report dead link ]
Domingo Cavallo was the finance minister of Argentina during the presidency of Carlos Menem. Credited as the driving force behind the privatization of public corporations in the 1990s, Cavallo came under severe criticism in his home country after the Argentine financial crisis in early 2002. In his website, he takes a swipe at the U.S. government for failing to rescue Argentina and warns that Latin America is becoming disillusioned with American unilateralist foreign policy.
