Helsinki Food Fair
A combined trade fair and public event on food and cooking, which will be organized for the third time. The feast goes on for four days: on the first fair day the tables will be set for retail and whole-sale merchants and other professionals of the field, and on the remaining three days the food-loving general public will be able to enjoy the delicacies on offer. RUOKA 2000 will showcase food trends, tablesettings, organic foodstuffs, food wines, ethnic flavours and everything connected to food from cookbooks to spoons and ladles.
